Postage and insurances

This is for your finished product. We send your finished product to you via standard shipping without cover, free of charge. However, this method does not entitle you to compensation above $100AUD if your parcel were to go missing or get damaged in transit. Please note that in the scenario of parcel theft after delivery has occurred, Australia Post will not compensate for this. 

We do recommend extra cover for peace of mind and strongly encourage you select full coverage for your special gold pieces. 

If you would like to upgrade your postage to standard with extra coverage or express with full coverage you can select from the below options. Full insurance coverage provides insurance for loss and damages of your item. 

Standard: 6-9 business days* 

Express: 3-6 business days* 

Prices are inclusive of postage and insurance.
