Refund Policy

Change of Mind
If you change your mind, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll refund you, minus a $20 AUD administrative fee. After 48 hours, all sales are final.

Faulty Goods
If something arrives faulty, contact us straight away and we'll sort it out. Normal wear and tear isn't considered a fault. Silver and gold are soft metals and will show signs of life over time; that's part of owning a handmade piece.

Returning Your Wax Print
Please return the wax print to us within 1 month of receiving your order. Precious metal prices move constantly, and if a wax isn't returned in time, we may need to charge the difference between the price you paid and the cost of producing the piece at current material prices. Australian customers: your return postage slip expires one month after issue.

Abandoned Orders
If an order goes unanswered: no print, no sizing confirmation, or no response to follow-ups for 90 days, we'll treat it as abandoned. We will issue a credit note for the value of any payment made, valid for 12 months toward a future Blackbird + Bones order. See our Terms of Service for full details.
