Blackbird + Bones Returns Policy

Custom jewellery:
- Due to the personalised nature of custom jewellery, all custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or defective:
- If your custom jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Sizing Issues:
- We recommend confirming your size before placing an order. If sizing is an issue, we can provide resizing services for a fee, but this is not a return. Postage both ways is payable for resizing returns. 

Order Changes:
- If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Refunds:
- Refunds are not applicable for custom jewellery unless there is a defect or error on our part.

If you have placed an order, full refunds less an administration fee of $20aud will be provided if you change your mind within 48 hours of your purchase. 

No refunds will be provided for change of mind at any time after this 48 hour period.
